Cancellation/Refund
Cancellation/refund of orders are based on a case-by-case basis as some of our items are made-to-order/customized/pre-order which will not be allowed for any cancellation/refund upon confirmation of order. In the event of an order cancellation, please take note that there is an admin fee of 3.2% + $0.50 of your order's total amount that will be deducted from the refund amount.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as inflated balloons, uninflated latex balloons, etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), sealed hygienic products when seal is broken (plates, utensils, cups, bowl, food containers) and liquid goods (such as bubbles, slime, putty, paint). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or make your way to our shop for an exchange.
