  1. Other than self-collection, what are the available options for shipping?
    We offer local standard courier service via a third-party logistics provider. If you have an urgent order, kindly contact us for arrangement.

  2. Do you ship internationally?
    Unfortunately we only ship locally within Singapore. However, we are working towards international shipping in the near future.

  3. What are the areas that you deliver to?
    We deliver almost island-wide in Singapore except for Tuas, Jurong Island, Sentosa and Changi Airport.

  4. What are the charges for helium/inflated balloons delivery?
    Charges for helium/inflated balloons is a flat rate of $30.

  5. If I order online, will I be able to select my preferred delivery date and time?
    Yes, upon selecting balloons delivery shipping option, you can state the date/time in the notes. In the unlikely event that CGS Party is unable to fulfil your preferred delivery timing, you will receive a call from CGS Party to reschedule. Do take note that we do not deliver on Sundays & Public Holidays.

  6. My delivery location is at a hotel. Are you able to deliver the items up to my room?
    Unfortunately, our driver will only be able to deliver the items to the Hotel main lobby (if the hotel permits) or loading bay. For other delivery locations to residential estates or chalets, our driver can deliver to the function rooms or clubhouse.

  7. Do you deliver other timings i.e. early mornings or late at night?
    If your preferred delivery timing is not within the specified delivery slots, you may email us at shop@cgsparty.com on your special request and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
