By browsing and placing an order via CGS Party’s website, you (the customer) agree to the following terms and conditions between ‘us’ (Chin Giap Soon Trading Pte Ltd).
- All online orders submitted before 2pm, with all outstanding payment fully paid will be processed within the next working day.
- Upon successful order submission, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer’s email address. Kindly check your spam or junk mail if you do not receive the confirmation email. If you do not receive any confirmation email, please email to email@example.com for assistance.
- Orders submitted will not be allowed to be cancelled or amended.
CGS Party offers delivery service via a third-party courier service and a door delivery service via van. Delivery service is offered island wide in Singapore, with the exclusion of the postal sectors 70, 71 and 74. Charges will apply based on the respective postal sectors.

No delivery service to this area
- Local courier service will be handled by a third-party logistics provider and will require a lead time of 3-4 working days.
- Customers who opt for Courier Service will receive a tracking number via email.
- CGS Party will not be held responsible for any delays or damages or non-receipt of the items due to the handling of a third-party logistics provider. Customers are responsible in ensuring that their shipping address is accurately entered during order submission.
- CGS Party reserves the rights to adjust all local courier service rates from time to time, in accordance to the rates of our third-party logistics provider.
- Customers opting for courier service will have their items delivered based on the dates and time slots set by our third party logistics partner and customers are not allowed to choose their delivery date and timing. For customers who wish to have their items delivered at a specific date and timing, kindly opt for our door delivery service.
- Courier service is not applicable for orders with balloons. For orders with balloons, customers are advised to opt for door delivery via van instead.
Door Delivery Service
- Door delivery service will be via van and will require a lead time of 1-2 working days.
- Customers who opt for door delivery service can select between 2 delivery slots; 12pm-3pm and 3pm-6pm.
- Customer who wish to have their orders delivered within a specific timing, please indicate in the remarks field during check out and we will do our best to accommodate without guarantee.
- Should customer require a delivery slot that is not within the 2 available time slots, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will handle the request on a case by case basis. Additional charges may apply.
- Kindly ensure that the recipient is at the delivery location within the selected delivery time slot. In the event that there is no one to receive the items, additional charges will apply to reschedule delivery.
- For delivery service to hotels, hospital, shopping malls, offices, industrial buildings, our driver will only be able to deliver to the drop off point or lobby (if permitted).
- CGS Party will not be held responsible for any non-receipt of the items. Customers are responsible in ensuring that their delivery address is accurately entered during order submission.
Store Pick up
- For orders submitted before 2pm, Customers who opt for store pickup/ self collection can select their date of collection from the next working day. For orders submitted after 2pm, customers can select their date of collection from 2 working days after.
- Store pick up collection timings are;
- MonSat (10.30am-1pm, 1pm-4, 4pm-7pm)
- Sun (11.30am-3pm, 3pm-6pm)
- Customers are to present a valid order confirmation via their mobile phone or a physical printed confirmation order. CGS Party reserve the rights the deny collection for customers without a valid order confirmation.
- CGS Party is not responsible for orders that are not collected. Orders that are not collected will be disposed off after a month.
Return/ Exchange Policy
- There is strictly no returns and exchanges allowed for all items purchased.
- In the unlikely event the items are faulty due to manufacturing defects; a one to one exchange will be done. Should the item be out of stock, we will replace with another item of similar value. Kindly email us at email@example.com within 14 days from date of collection or delivery and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
